This was taken in January when Grandpy was here visiting. Each one of our children, even as tiny tots, have loved Grandpy and he gets the biggest kick out of them. You can see here how comfortable Landon is with him. They spent hours together; sitting on the couch reading stories, eating Donettes and looking at the birds. I went over to check on them around lunchtime one day and there they were, sitting at the kitchen table, donut sugar all over their mouths, watching the birds at the birdfeeder. Landon looked at me and said "you not take me home, Mom. My stay with Gate-Gampa."
Grandpy is a very young 90-something- his energy and independence belie his age!
