We made plans to make Valentines decorations. I gathered some paper, stickers, glue, and a heart shaped cookie cutter. We picked out paper colors, of course he wanted blue and said I should have pink. So we traced the heart, (he calls them wishes), and cut them out. My vision included lots of hearts on a string hanging from the light fixture above the table. Little man was not so focused on any particular end product.
The heart cutter was used to make three little paper hearts, and then he decided to trace the heart onto his tummy.
the stickers went on his little hands instead of the paper.
We did end up with a couple of little scribbly hearts but this was all very quick and he couldn't wait to get away. He said "this makes me nervous" and decided to leave. Valentine's Day will do that to you.
