Saturdays are the best!

Today was the first official day of school vacation. We started with a basketball game- which went into overtime and sadly, Adam's team lost 28-26. We then picked up our old pal Gina, who is spending a few days with us. 

The kids had lots of fun outdoors today even though it was 29 degrees. I know that to some of you hardy Northerners that is bikini weather, we were freezing out there! You can see Saf's breath while her and Landers are conversing.

It was cold enough to make you want to jam your 6 year old head into a size 3t hat.

A new basketball hoop (a la Freecycle-woohoo) was a big surprise for the kids. That other guy, is Tim-bob, our buddy, he helped Gordie and Adam with the hoop.
