Bagels Fresh from the Oven....

Don't ask what got into me, but a couple of weeks ago I had an irresistible urge to make homemade bagels. Gord, of course, ever supportive of new food ideas, was eager to help. Three steps: broil, boil and bake, about 1.5 hrs in total. So, we've made bagels for two Saturdays now and we have determined they are worth the effort. 


Dress 'em up anyway you want to:
