Adam's photography skillz

Aren't these great!? These are two pictures Adam took just outside the back door last summer. If you saw these weeds, you would probably not stop to look at them, much less photograph them. But the kid has an "eye" and he captured these pretty purple blumens.

He must have a reallly great camera! (joking! joking. - cameras are no more responsible for the picture than pots and pans are responsible for a great meal). I should mention how careful he is with the cameras and lenses. He's very careful with the camera and lenses. He is always getting after me for leaving the lens cap off, not having the battery charged, other stuff like that. Sigh. His camera bag is packed up nice and snug until my camera's battery is dead and I need his camera. Then he finds his camera laying around on the hutch in the kitchen and complains. Doesn't he know how BUSY I am?!?
