Joy comes in the Cupcake, Part II

Friday evening, a hankering for something special, a newly discovered chocolate buttercream recipe, darling cupcake liners, kosher salt always on hand. I present to you the deliciousness known as Carmel Salted Cupcakes.

• the cupcake liners are foil lined so that the color stays bright rather than fading and acquiring the color of the cupcake. From the grocery store cake dec. aisle.
• regular cake mix
• ice cream butterscotch topping squirted into the top of the warm cupcakes
• icing recipe from the cocoa box. Other-worldly delicious.
• More carmel drizzled on the top.
• Kosher salt sprinkled on the top of that.
• Can't even tell you how yummy these are. Next time I would use a pound cake mix instead.
• But only eat one of these, they are not good for you. But being happy is good for you. You decide.
