David- precision based coloring.

Maura- again, a precision coloring dynamo.

Landon- awwww, how cute.

They used Markars to color with. That is Maura's labeling from a couple of years ago.

Saturday - what an amazing gift a Saturday is!
This has been a busy week embedded in a very busy month so today is a huge bonus. Gordie was away all week in Florida at NBAA. We were so happy to see his face again! Nothing flows the same when Daddy is not home. He also brought gifts to the kids, cool things from the show- bags, pens, calendars, post-it notes and the like, with cool jets and stuff on them. It almost made it worth it- nah, not even close.
Last night after we ordered a pizza, Gordie lit a crackling fire in the fireplace. I have to admit I did not see the fire at all, I just heard it as I fell asleep on the couch at 8:30. By 9:30 all of the household was in bed. It seems we needed this day for rest and recoup.
This morning Maura had her first basketball practice of the season which made her so happy. Her basketball shoes still fit her from the spring and she found her pink basketball but the coach told her she needs a bigger ball. I would have thought the shoes would be too small and the ball would be the same requirement- but it's all good since balls are cheaper than new shoes.
Adam has spent the entire day with Maria at the University of CT.
David hasn't changed out of his pj's all day.
We've got a friend coming to hang out with us tonight.
Chicken soup is in the crockpot-
You've got to love a Saturday.
